What If I Am Unsure If You Can Help?

We believe in finding the right fit for your recovery. If you're uncertain about mobile physiotherapy, we offer a no obligation discovery call at no cost. You will speak with a clinician who can discuss your situation, explain our clinical approach, and help you decide if we are the correct solution. If we are not the right match, we will suggest the best alternative specialist for your specific injury profile.

What Should I Expect At My First Visit?

The initial consultation involves a deep dive into your physical history, current pain, and lifestyle objectives/goals. We aim to provide a professional diagnosis on the spot to map out your path to recovery. If your session requires the use of a 1.8m physio couch, please ensure you have enough space. You don't need as much space as you might think!

What Should I Wear?

Please choose comfortable, loose or athletic wear that permits physical movement. For leg or hip assessments, shorts are preferred, while vest tops are ideal for treating difficulties in the neck or shoulders.

How Do I Pay?

Payments are taken on the day. You can pay via card, bank transfer or cash. If paying by cash please make sure you have the exact amount as we do not carry cash on us.

Do You Take Insurance Patients?

Yes we do. We are honoured to be recognised and registered with AXA Health and WPA. Therefore, we can offer treatment to clients who have AXA Health or WPA insurance. Please be aware we have limited spaces available for health insurance appointments so please enquire whether we have availability. It is required for you to obtain your insurance number, treatment authorisation and how many sessions have been authorised before booking in. We may also be required by your health insurance company to take any excess payments on behalf of your health insurance that may be required from your policy.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

To respect our clinicians' time, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

How Many Times Will I Need To See You?

Each recovery journey is unique. Following your comprehensive initial consultation, we provide a structured road-map detailing the estimated frequency and total number of visits necessary to reach your health milestones. We pride ourselves on honesty and therefore will never over treat. Our aim is to get you back to your goal as quickly as possible!

Will I Get Hands-On Treatment Or Just Exercises?

We balance both approaches. We apply therapeutic touch to alleviate acute stiffness while teaching you specific corrective movements to perform independently, fostering resilience and long-term joint health in your own environment. By combining both approaches we are body proofing you for acute and long term success.

What Locations Do You Cover?

Reed Physiotherapy Ltd provides mobile physiotherapy across Bracknell and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please get in touch and we can let you know. If it is outside our radius then a small additional fee may apply.

Question 13

What Do You Bring?

We bring a portable treatment couch and any small equipment needed in a small portable bag, such as needles, ultrasound, oils and gels and even some weights. You just need a clear space big enough for the couch and for you to move comfortably.

Where Will You Need To Park?

Easy access and nearby parking are very helpful, especially if we are bringing the couch. However, if parking is difficult, please let us know in advance so we can plan ahead.

Do You Travel To Workplaces Or Gyms?

Yes, we can visit workplaces, gyms or other agreed locations, as long as there is a suitable private space for assessment and treatment. We even do half day and day rates for workplace owners to provide treatments for their staff. Always check with the gym or place of work before booking.

What Ages Do You Treat?

We treat adults of all ages. For teenagers a parent or guardian must be present throughout the appointment.
